Really love it. You can never go wrong with Korra in avatar state right??? I would say your biggest issue is doing shadows of the water and light reflection of the fire onto the hands don't be afraid to let loose with it. The chest needs to have a shadow that goes underneath her right boob (That will make a big difference) And I would say try to put a little bit of a glow around her eyes and don't forget to shade the underside of her nose. Don't forget where your light source is coming from. I'm guessing it is coming from the eyes? So check and make sure all of your shadows are reflecting that. It will add a lot of depth.
